All you can eat, fully prepaid. Double scoops for every guest, seconds welcome, sprinkles included. Nobody counts scoops.

From first scoop to last

    Tell us the date, the crowd and what you have in mind. It only takes a few minutes.

  2. We'll check the calendar

    Our events team confirms availability and sends you a quote for your event.

  3. Reserve your date

    A booking fee holds your spot. We'll finalize flavors and guest count closer to the day.

  4. Enjoy the ice cream

    We arrive, set up and start scooping. You enjoy your party.

Event FAQ

How far ahead should I book?

At least two weeks ahead, and earlier for summer weekends and weddings. Dates fill up fast while the Ice Cream Cafe is open for the season.

How many guests do you need?

Events at your location start at 50 guests. For smaller groups, our sundae kits are a great fit for about 10 to 40 people.

Do you have options for allergies?

Yes. We offer allergy-friendly pops and vegan options. Let us know about any allergies in your request and we'll plan around them.

Can you add Clark chocolate?

Of course. Ask about chocolate toppings or custom Clark chocolates with your name or logo for a sweet favor.
