Shipping Policy:
Processing time may take one day to three weeks. This will depend on the time of the season. The Christmas season can take up to three weeks for processing time depending upon the product ordered
and the volume of the order. All orders will be sent, some may arrive the week between Christmas and New Year. If you need your order shipped before Christmas you will need to call us to make sure it will arrive when needed, this might cost more if we need to express ship it. Easter Season can take up to three weeks also. Call 724-226-0866 if you have more questions.
Warm Weather Shipping:
Clark Candies Inc. reserves the rights to postpone any shipments to certain destinations during the hottest months of the year. The customer shall be notified if this happens.
Example: States with 100 degrees or higher.
Please remember our quality chocolates must be protected from high temperatures. During warm months we automatically use Ice Pack Shipping Charges: First Day, Second Day, Third Day or Ground Service which ever is needed. We use these during months where the statistical average high temperature of either Pennsylvania or the state where your order is shipped exceeds 70 degrees F. Please keep in mind that when it is 70 degrees F and sunny, the inside of a delivery truck can exceed 90 degrees F and chocolate will MELT. Warm weather shipping includes one or more reusable Ice Packs.
